Could be they are having a problem with the financing. You never want to postpone a financing twice in a row as it implies that there is a problem. Like you ( and MFS ) say ... it was supposed to be completed on Feb. 28th. As far as the volume they have to make sure they hold the share price up until the financing is complete or it will not be completed at all. All companies do this . Right now it does not look very good but let's give them another week to complete their postponed financing.
