RE:RE:RE:SGY postIf there is a 1:1 share swap with the SP volatility, it is moot but will immediately elevate LNV to a shade below SGY's price whatever it is nobody can tell but we can guess it will be over $6 ... let us not forget SGY is 4 tines larger in capitalization and bigger is always  better in the oil patch and this merger will increase entity to 1.2 billion at least ...
