RE:PDAC no show? and New PresidentI'm inclined to agree with you in that  they may be out of money.
We can pin the tail on the current CEO who will be leaving his company in debt.
Regarding your list of presidential candidates, i choose E.
FWIW, I do believe the good old boys will come up with enough money to throw a retirement party.
Heck, they may even give Neil a golden fishing rod.
I hear the fish are biting at Cameco.
