Alternate Symbol(s):  ZPTAF | T.SGY.DB.B

Surge Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil focused exploration and production (E&P) company. The Company's business consists of the exploration, development and production of oil and gas from properties in Western Canada. It holds focused and operated light and medium gravity crude oil properties in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, characterized by large oil in place crude oil reservoirs with low recovery factors. It offers exposure to two of the five conventional oil growth plays in Canada: the Sparky and SE Saskatchewan. It holds a dominant land position and is drilling a mix of horizontal multi-frac and horizontal multi-lateral wells in the Sparky area. Sparky is a large, well established oil producing fairway in Western Canada. SE Saskatchewan is a focused operated asset base with light oil operating netbacks. SE Saskatchewan operates low-cost wells with short payouts and offers potential for continued area consolidation.

RE:RE:RE:RE:LNV

RE:RE:RE:RE:LNVborne I am all for more SGY shares .. 1.1 : 1 I am even happier .... but why no one offered advantage more instead it was just $4.45 ..that was the damning part ... LNV was over $6 till advantage divestments were announced and caused the share drift downwards even after ridiculous divestment price was stated and share price went down to $4.34 despite the strength of LNV Balance Sheet to say SGY ...
SGY obviously has superior management to buy in at $4.45 instead of selling like advantage at all time lows and now has a handsome profit and good divs too from LNV but LNV is small in comparison to TBE or LRE and in my opinion needed the size of SGY to get noticed ...
I am just hoping the deal gets done for all concerned with minimun 1:1 or better ..good luck everyone
