Cat out of the bag reality

Cat out of the bag realitythe market is saying LNV is worth 9% less than SGY ... I suspect if SGY makes an offer SGY will go down as LNV goes up ..if no offer the spread will widen as SGY goes up and LNV declines ...if a good and fair offer is made both share prices will rise ..thats the conundrum now

Seeking alpha suggested 1.25 SGY for 1 LNV ...wow! thats over $7....that great but went further to say 1:1 is most likely ...
Nawar a large shareholder says $6.25 to 6.75 ... thats great ..that means SGY has to get up to $6.50 at least for a 1;1 ...ir a premium offer has to be made ...but market is saying the best is 1;1 swap and trading at a discount due to uncertainty

I think market is saying 1;1 or else ...my miserable 2 cents ..but I like more of course nevertheless
