Despite seeming off cue with some comments on a previous posting, it is in my mind apparent that objective decision making is crucial to assure that humanity of tomorrow can properly address the pressing problems arising , an example being the consequences of CO2 emissions which are now being associated not only withy global warming , but also the acidification of the oceans notwithstanding the displacement of the oxygen essential for animal life in such oceans.Despite what is assumed once considering the role of CO2 to assure plant growth, its accumulation in oceans with the consequential resuyts in terms of lower  Ph leads us to understand that there is a major problem which has to be adressed to prevent what may be dramatic consequences of global proportions...

With regards to the links towards the blue print representing a potential solutions, Russian scientists had developed many decades back a related product which, by what I assume functions in accordance to a related process, producing a certain number of megawatts of electricity without requiring external activation nor mecanical energy to operate...

Obviously once dwelling on such matters , some may feel entitled to be the only ones to address the question...
