Get serious with those Consulting fees . Let alone settlement of said. It is nothing more then a round about way of diluting share holder value and stealing ownership of the Corporation in favor of Directors and Management ....a round a bout way of issuing themselves shares but not showing it as an Option or Share awards.

They've been at it for years and nothing has changed...wake up ! Only CONSULTING fees owed by the Corporation is all in favor of Directors ! Need I point you to Management fees .....oh wait ...Management does not get a salary right ?
