chizzles, while we appreciate your effort of searching into cse, i think, you are missing one fatal point: cse, as its website title reads, is an "exchange for entrepreneurs". In other words, it certainly is not for shareholders like us. The implication is that cse has much looser governance or complience which allows big guys like dundee to play money games much easier than tsx.
