" bayoubucks " .... I am saying that it is a good possibility as quite often this is what happens when a penny stock does a financing. It makes it easier to complete the financing when the stock price is being held at a higher level. And quite often after the financing is complete then the stock will retrace to lower levels. This may or may not be the case here. We will know a couple of months or so after the financing is complete ... assuming of course that it gets completed . Right now no-one even knows for sure if it will even get completed.

So now answer my question " bayoubucks " ..... With MFS's present burn rate how many more financings are going to be required before the Level 3 trials are complete ???
