Ed ceased to be an insider

Ed ceased to be an insider in recent filings ..................like he wont get insider info ?  he owns below the 10% threshold and is no longer ceo so he doesnt have to file ................ anybody talk to him lately ? i think he can buy or sell as much as he wants now without reporting  ...... i would guess thats good for him ............?
