Greetings

What are the odds a deal doesn't get done? I mean Surge picked up 19% of Longview for a song and wants to pursue a 'mutually beneficial' relationship. Thats sounds to me like 'I hold your stock  and you pay me a phat dividend' Why pay a hefty premium now to get the remainder? I'd tender my LNV shares for anything over $5.60 cash, I think that's reasonable. If I were to put new money in it would go into SGY. Clearly Mr. Colborne can spot a bargain when he sees it. I've enjoyed this board a lot lately with all the advanced calculations and speculation going on. I am just saying it might not go beyond this.
