RE:Time for Justice!

RE:Time for Justice!

It has been a loooong time since I have posted on any bullboard. I'm still around and still recovering from the uranium sector meltdown. Anyways, I hope all remaining shareholders get Justice with WOF!

I felt the need to chime in here and give my views as previously I had/have been an avid supporter of WOF as I believe the company has the goods! Unfortunately the past 1.5 years have reeked of management/directors lining their own pockets and really just missmanaging thee hell out of this company! Now with the move to the CNSX I have finally sold my shares (been holding since 2010) and despite the loss I was happy to have the ability/volume to do so (had to dump 316K).  This move no matter how much anyone here wants to convince themselves and say everything will be alright right, will, more likely then not, NOT be alright for your portfolio. Rule#1 never fall in love! Hey I could be wrong, I'm no oracle BUT the odds are greatly stacked against IMO. Maybe the move to the CNSX is a ploy to promote Goodmans own exchange as some of you have alluded and then things will rocket! - here's to hoping!! What is more likely to happen is this stocks liquidity dries up and the stock continues to get gamed and mismanaged and dilution continues. Personally when Goodman first came on board I was a bit confused (strange and unexplained departure of Wesson threw me off) but Goodman has great reputation and I was fine with it. Now almost 2 years later we still have an interim CEO, have experienced nothing but dilution after dilution and have actually seen the project take a step backward (more drilling - irregardless of who's to blame for this it is still backwards). Goodman may be a self made billionaire but I can guarantee you that he did not get there by helping out the small shareholders along the way.

The bullboard has been touting Goodman as the right guy in WOFs corner...so far I'll argue the opposite - again I could be proven wrong come the changeover...but I'll take my bets salvage the remaining share value and move on - there are many other companies to which the risk is far less - the reward may be smaller but I'll take those odds.

Anyways enough of my rant here is some quick info consider as time is running out on the TSXV:
04MARCH14 TSXV overall share volume/value traded: 186M thares valued @ $85M
04MARCH14 CNSX overall share volume/value traded: 5M shares traded valued @ $1.8M
- Lack of volume is the #1 reason to move on
Lack of communication to shareholders
Dilution with no clear plan (at least not communicated)
Interim CEO for almost 2 years
Strange departure of Wesson and appointment of Goodman (despite his exemplory track record it has not helped us over at WOF so far, sure Dundee has bailed out WOF when in need of chas but only because the board keeps dragging their feet)
CNSX move motivation based on... ?lower requirements?

Anyways enough of my rant I am out and being the good samaritan that I am I figured I would post my POV before time runs out. I could be wrong but emotions aside the risk seems extremely high.

Good Luck to all remaining shareholders and good luck on your vote against the CNSX move!
