You're like a penny stock history teacherThanks Sqr.
Hey LittleDigs, are you smart to recognize the irony in your ignorant comment ?
"you lost me"....
Diizzy paid basher SOB
With the stock now at the same level it was when the .40, 14M financing was announced, and a $22 upside target on the stock from one of the US's best health care analysts, "your it's dead money for a year" comment is enough for me to use the ignore feature.
December 17 2009, 3;30pm trading in the .38 to .40 range it trades down on 30K shares to .32. At 7:30pm that evening it was announced that 14M would be raised at .40 with .60 warrants. Meeting announced for shareholder approval, it's cancelled with only a sedar announcement. Financing revised and now 19M+ on same price terms. Growthworks, Medwell take the lion's share. Interestingly, even though their company ( Medwell, then BioMS ) bet their company's future on Spectral, BioMS management buys 1.5M units themselves. We pay Medwell 1M / year to build our company, they do their best, but unfortunately the stock slides to .30. Growthworks announces they are selling about 10M shares, an automated NR reminds every two weeks that they intend to sell, thankfully Medwell comes to our rescue and takes it, but not after a considerable period of time with an "overhang" due to Growthworks intention to sell. We give Meddwell a raise to 1.5M/year, the stock slides and stays around .30, they rescue us again and take 33M at .30. I could go on, but i think the original holders of the 15M or so have had about enough of the Eeyore thing
