RE:RE:News From KGICI'm excited about the student housing updates on the KGIC website:

It looks like Loyalist has 5 student housing properties: 1 in Toronto, 2 in Vancouver, 1 in Victoria, 1 in Surrey, and 1 in Halifax

And 2 student apartments: 1 in Victoria and 1 in Halifax

The pictures of the houses look nice. It makes me wonder how Loyalist's entry into the student housing market breaks down. Do they own or rent the properties?
