RE:Arbitrage opportunity with RVM/MGNI am 100% in agreement with you. Clearly, RVM has by far better properties than MGN. I wishtRVM would mention the status of RocK Crk in their releases. 
MGN is ready to collapse and a prime candidate for shorting.  It has been artificially inflated by that review.Have you tried FidelityBrokers?.
