I think it is a fair deal + MB reported terrible forth quarter results with sales down 20%. If MAT didn't buy MB, this stock would have gone to $10. So I'll take $17.75 any day. MAT is buying MB at 10.1 times EV/EBITA ratio, in line with peers.
