Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on its product candidate PEDMARK. not really webley. it takes 18 warrents to be able to buy 1 share at 1.44

so you are paying .63 +1.44 total $2.07

but you do have all the upside from there.
