You can`t adopt a buy-and-hold-come-hell-or-high-water strategy in this sector.......if you do you`ll regret it. Cook dumped LYD because the political situation changed dramatically overnight (LYD`s argument to gov`t law-makers: "how can groundwater flow uphill"?).
