RE:Polaris claims / SJ claims

RE:Polaris claims / SJ claimsIn 1962 Atlas Corporation (Howard Hughes Company) acquired the Company Henry Ranspot had worked for since 1958, Charles Steen
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Steen

Atlas heard that Newmont Mining of Denver had discovered microscopic gold at the Carlin Trend (NENevada) in 1961 and sent Ranspot over to stake some mining claims (Polaris Claims). 17 drill holes were done and gold was discovered from each driling!

Kerr-McGee was much more richer than Atlas (world's largest off shore oil company operation) and wanted the contacted Atlas Minerals to acquire them, giving Atlas a royalty for the transfer. Ranspot and Fitzgerald steal the Polaries Files in 1965 (Ranspot quits Atlas in 1966) and in 1974 overstake the Polaris Claims, calling them the SJ Claims. LAC Long Minerals Ltd had a secret deal with Fitzgerald in 1974 and Fitzgerald didn't comply in placing new "stakes" for the SJ Claims untuil 1983.

In 1989 HRanspot & WFitzgerald sued Barrick Boldstrike and Western States Minerals in the Reno, Nevada Federal Courts, claiming ownership through the Polaries/SJ Claims Staking. 90% of the lawsuit certered with Ranspot. Very l;ittle was mentioned about Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald got 5% and Ranspot got 1%. Anyone can order the filing, Case Number DV-N-89-629, Reno Federal Court.

In the Tronox (Kerr-McGee) April, 2008 case against Fitzgerald, Brent Johnson testified under oath he knew nothing about this Nevada litigation until December, 2009 (months after the death of Fitzgerald).

FYI Ranspot was an officer of MSX in 1985 for three months. So yes, he was directly with MSX.
