RE:RE:Congressional elections next Sunday

RE:RE:Congressional elections next SundayTx Larry, as always great input. I am surprised by the chain of events: a) The mining world is pretty aware that Colombia has made a mess with the paramo delimitation that affected Eco and the whole Cali/Vetas district, which in turn probably holds the largest amount of gold in the country b) Colombia decides to attend PDAC to promote the country without addressing the biggest issue at stake, which could include even breaking contracts and title rights of Colombian companies. Of course without giving a green light to modern mining no company will invest any more money into Colombia. So my take is that they were probably thinking on announcing some clarification on the Paramo and they pulled back last minute, otherwise they would've not attended. What is your conclusion ?
