Explain

Explainjust on what basis does HVU function ? I mean two days ago it went above $8 - yesterday and today it was in the range of $7 to $7.24 and close around $7 - considering that the S&P500 index climbed to record high yesterday and today held high - why didn't this one fall to even 6.80 , 6.70 or even lower yesterday and today.
