The Company holds an undivided 50% interest in the mineral rights associated with Rock Creek Ranch located in Humboldt County, Nevada, United States. Its Galaxy property is located in the Kamloops Mining Division in southern British Columbia, Canada. The property is comprised of two Crown granted mineral claims and seven two-post legacy mineral claims that cover an area of approximately 90 hectares. The legacy claims are 100% owned by the Company. The property is located approximately seven kilometers southeast of the past-producing Afton mine and four kilometers northwest of the former Ajax mine. The Rock Creek Ranch property lies on a southwestward projection of the Getchell trend, which hosts the Pinson, Turquoise Ridge, and Twin Creeks gold mines in the Osgood Mountains.

Tis part of the NR today is very very encouraging for us

as DCY investors:

Under the agreement, Discovery-Corp will issue to GRIT three million common shares, subject to a four-month hold, at a deemed price of 17 cents per share for total proceeds of $510,000.

Layman's terms: GRIT can't sell the DCY shares till July!!! 3 million shares @ .17 to GRIT...cleans out some of the outstanding shares of DCY...the shares are getting tighter and tigher!!
