Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

doing a simple valuation $28m in cash with 104m shares , give us a warren buffet valuation of $.269 a share. they need to get some income behind their figures and fairly quickly for these stock values to hold much longer?
