This is a pretty thinly traded stock but it payed a great dividend over the last 5 years or so that I owned it. Up until the point of this offer I was waiting patiently for a housing market boom before I might see the stock price rise. With this move I sold it all at a very marginal profit. With the recent pop in the stock price those dividends just became legitimat.

Now that I am out of it, I will miss those monthly dividends.
