Kubanychbek Sagaliev, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic presented two papers at the PDAC 2014 Convention, March 4 entitled: "Overview of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic on "Investment" and the second presentation entitled "Mineral resources and prospects of development in the Kyrgyz Republic. Following the presentations, I met with Kubanychbek and with Ulanbek Ryskulov, Deputy Director, State Agency and Mineral Resources Under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and subsequently I've followed up with an email message-see email extract below:- "It was a pleasure to meet with you after your two excellent PDAC 2014 presentations and with Ulanbek Ryskulov, Deputy Director, State Agency of Geology and Mineral Resources under The Government of The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. As we discussed, please kindly forward to me copies of both your presentations entitled: Overview of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic on ”Subsoil” and the law of the Kyrgyz Republic on “Investments”, and your presentation entitled: Mineral resources and prospects of development in the Kyrgyz Republic. Although I found your presentations both informative and encouraging for “Investment” in the Kyrgyz Republic’s Mineral Resources. As investor, I nevertheless remain nervous about my existing “Kyrgyzstan, Mineral Resource Investments.” I’m hesitant to make any further investments in the Kyrgyz Republic until such time as there is greater political certainty and legal certainty for Stans Energy’s subsidiary company’s ‘Kutessai Mining’ Mineral Properties in Kyrgyzstan. I look forward to hearing from you, and I would welcome an update SGA, Mineral Resource Presentation at PDAC 2015."
