With respect to HPA, let us say a company believes that as Glenn Kelly predicts, Orbite will be producing 3 tons per day by 2015. Could Orbite sign today, at this moment, a binding revenue contract with such a company when critical expensive production parts such as the calcinator have yet to be ordered and the plant is not finished which could unveil as well additional expenses. Orbite as of yet cannot say with any certainty what the final cost of the product would be?
