RE:An Offtake Agreement that might immediately...Morongobill I would also say that until Orbite signs a deal which actually brings in revenue the SP will not rise in any significant manner. With respect to HPA, let us say a company believes that as Glenn Kelly predicts, Orbite will be producing 3 tons per day by 2015. Could Orbite sign today, at this moment, a binding revenue contract with such a company when critical expensive production parts such as the calcinator have yet to be ordered and the plant is not finished which could unveil as well additional expenses. Orbite as of yet cannot say with any certainty what the final cost of the product would be? On the other hand, I believe, the SP could move somewhat if Veolia commited themselves, after having chosen with Orbite a site for the RMR plant to pay for an expensive multi million dollar BFS. Investing such money would confirm their seriousness about building the first of such plants which would include an agreement on royalties to be paid to ORT for use of their technology. Veolia, before investing such money may want to first see the HPA plant fully functional. Time will tell.GLTA for example, to pay for an expensive
