And over 70 years, you can bet that potash prices will be much higher.

I'm sorry RY but that is false and misleading. The figure is actually $200 with everything included.
encanto's prefeasibillity study shows a figure of $137 to get  the potash mined and to a port and has an additional $64.76 in crown royalty' and production taxes.

i also predict that the figures in the upcoming feasabillity report will be higher than what is wuoted in the pre-feas.

OPEX at full capacity
(includes utilities, labour, maintenance, reagents, fuel, insurances and municipal taxes)
$54.32/t

Sustaining capital cost
(includes brine field and Tailing Management Area extensions)
$32.21/t

Logistics Costs (rail and port) $50.50/t

Taxes and Royalties
(includes Potash Production Tax, Crown Royalty and Saskatchewan Resource
Surcharge, average over the life of the project) $64.76/t
