Boy,... aren't you working awfully hard to undermine this one. It's ok though, we've seen the same negative posts before at much lower levels. The lawsuit has never been raised as even a minor concern, by any reputable analysts or anyone on the street for that matter. You're reaching for the stars here, but doesn't really matter though,... this one is now a screaming buy again.
