Executive Compensation 2013

Executive Compensation 2013I am sure that any other CEO or CFO or a President of a major mining company that operates in Peru (as Southern Copper, Cerro Verde, Buenaventura, Hochschild, Volcan, Goldfields, and other major companies with much more production, and net profits between $400 million and  $2 billions), receives $2.8 million a year each in salary and compensations.

RIOs 2013 Anual Profit is @ $50 million??, then both CEO and CFO takes $5.6 millions in salary and compensations?, thats more than 10% of the profits.

But I guess this salary compensation was approved by the shareholders meeting..
