Actually Roxy27, if the BOD has indeed uncovered fraudulent activity, and yes the BOD is now running the show, then their only recourse would have been to ask for a CTO. Since they did not do that, I believe that fraud on the part of Canexus is not an issue...
Having said that, I also believe that Richard will be shown the door after the YE financials are released. No doubt that the BOD will have to do some heavy housecleaning to get this mess resolved...
