RE:Fitzgerald and Ranspot sreal claims away from Kerr Mcgee

RE:Fitzgerald and Ranspot sreal claims away from Kerr McgeeThe answers to these questions were answered on iHub back in 2011 after I sued Fitzgerald and Ranspot in the Wyoming Federal Courts in January, 2011.  I had personally talked with Marisa Fitzgerald and Henry Ranspot the first week in January, 2011 --- their attorneys had told them nothing about my visits with the Nevada attorney Mark Simons (Fitz;s Nevada attorney since June 15, 2010).  The same Reno law firm also represented Bullion Monarch Mining in their federal lawsuit against ABX/Newmont.

IMO The theft of the Polaris Claims by Ranspot and Fitzgerald happened when gold was $35/ounce.  Kerr-McGee had promised a Royalty back to Atlas in the transaction --- the key trump card in the secret deal was the resignation of Henry Ranspot in 1966.

IMO Kerr-McGee received false reports from Fitzgerald about the Polaris Claims between 1966-December 31, 1069 when he resigned (Denver Office since 1968) and disappeared (to Vancouver and got a job with Donaldson Securities -- also hiring Roger Jepson in Reno to do the secret deal on the Polaris Claims === Fitzgerald had the files!)

FACT:   The fact that Fitzgerald had the files of the Polaris Claims was why Tonox agreed with Brent Johnson and sued Fitzgerald (an not Ranspot) in the Nevada State Court in April, 2009.  The Nevada Judge was given the evidence and proof that Fitzgerald had violated employee/employer confidential employment (stealing the files)

IMO    Ranspot was the key person who stopped any interest in the Polaris Claims by both Atlas Minerals and Kerr-McGee because of the annual assessment work required on every mining claim each year.  Atlas believed Kerr-McGee was doing the $100/claim assessment work in 1966.  The same about Kerr-McGee believing Atlas Minerals was doing the annual $100/claim assessment work in 1966, then in 1967, then in 1968, then in 1969 and so on.

Tronox Corporate attorney Mike foster conversed with me several times after I filed my FRIEND OF THE COURT AFFIDAVIT on June 15, 2010 in the Bullion Monarch Federal Case against Newmont Mining (formerly owned France-Nevada) and Barrick Gold.  IMO Tronox got bought off by Barrick (under the table payments) === this will be proven through DISCOVERY.
