I did not say that Johnex could not transfrom the company, I just noted that Johnex is not new nor is its potential to transform the company new and that the press release is redundent at best. 

I'll respectfully disagee re the materlailty of women versus men on the shift.  Assuming its material, its academic if orders are not sufficient and there's no updates re orders.
