Would have been much better off with Ben!

Would have been much better off with Ben!I can't believe Dev is up to it again.  Padding his friend's pockets.  Giving away shares at a low price and paying the companies 5% to do so.  Don't give me the BS that you raise money when you can.  There was lots in the kitty and unless they all the sudden go from 100% hit rate to 30% I only see the share price rising before the winter is done.  I'm sure worst case he could have raised this amount in the summer part way through the summer program.  Time and again Dev has killed the upward movement of this stock and diluted away my piece of the company.  This guy is borderline retarded and does not deserve the opportunity to run the helm of such a great resource play.

When my shares were with Alpha the number of warrants and options granted was a fraction of fissions.  I can't help but dream about how much more my shares would have been worth if someone with a better brain then Dev's was handling this company.
