Thank you very much for the CNBC clip.  So far I've seen nothing like that on CNN or the other US stations I've been watching, but I'm glad this information is finally out there.  The interviewer mentioned the problems of extra bandwidth and the cost of the product itself and Richard Hayden did a good job of explaining that these two issues are not real problems.  There was, however, no mention of the added costs of ground installations so I still don't know if that is a major resistant point for airlines.  Again, if anyone has information about this issue please enlighten me.
