Conavi Medical Corp., formerly Titan Medical Inc., is a Canada-based company. The Novasight Hybrid System is intended for intravascular imaging of coronary arteries and is indicated in patients who are candidates for transluminal interventional procedures. Hybrid IVUS and OCT imaging provides additional information over single modality imaging in complex lesions. The versatility of hybrid imaging is useful for a variety of complex percutaneous coronary intervention (PCIs), including situations where the customer may want to image large ostial lesions with IVUS but also use OCT for diseased distal lesions and/or stent assessment.

RE:TMD warrants

I imagine the warrant prices are all over the map because (a) they are thinly traded and (b) with the recent stock price action, there is great uncertainty over where the price will go next (speculative stock trading on TSX venture - in lots of cases there can be a swift return to a lower value), therefore uncertainty over pricing the warrants.
