Recent share price weakness can be attributed to speculation the company will write down it's investment in Australia in Q4 2013 to be reported this week. The Australian business is expected to achieve breakeven status in the second half of 2014.

So the 2013 financials may disappoint but I believe they will demonstrate that the dividend continues to be safe. We'll see.
