RE:Right offering package

RE:Right offering packageUsing the rights means you take the number of your shares - divide by 4 - and that gives the number of new shares you can purchase at $0.02 each. You have to call your broker to convert. Since the bid is $0.025 you can then sell for a half cent gain each or just hold in hopes of the company pulling a rabbit out of the hat. That said, consider also, management owns half the company shares; there is new executive management that maybe bring back some life to the company and the company's revenues are about 10X's the market cap. If you don't decide by Mar. 19 you lose the rights. In principle you can also sell the rights except there's no bid. Greg
