cynapsus was founded in 2004 under name cannasatit was founded by moses znaimer who owned city-t.v is a med marijuana activist and was born in isreal. Cannasat purpose was to develop and research cannibnoid drugs. In 2004 there was a big stigma attached to medical marij and in order to survive and to have any hopes to go public cannasat changed there name to cynapsus and didnt talk about there cannibnoid research.
