Thanks Sukhi...I see your point and hope your thesis is right. One of the main issues I have is that management is doing nothing to defend thier SP. They have mentioned a buy back option but until we see a normal course issuer bid....the message they are telling shareholders is not promising.
More concerning to you should be if they ever decided to take it private again. Even if they put a 30% premium on an offer....it would be a great deal for the operating company but a terrible deal for shareholders of the trust....of which they own zip. Interests are not aligned.
