if NG prices stay in 4.25 range or better for 2014 the dividend is safe.    Forward curve if way above that.    If differentials do better in 2014, they can put that into more drilling or debt reduction.   300mill is high but ok debt level for a company this size.  With higher NG price curve bank line maxs are more likely to go than down now on renewals thru sector
