Well, to all MGM share holders, I have been watching this stock for years now, I bought a little and sold it awhile ago. Made no real money but I loved the potential and that is why I am here posting today. I feel for you all, as I feel this is a lot like my situation. I was let go from a company that I co-founded(six days after we secured a contract with a major oil corp) and put my heart and soul into, yet at the end of the day Greed took over. The full vision of why this offer is put out today is because I am sure dollars to donuts that there is a ton of money to be made on this deal. The sad thing is, if the share holder does not take this deal he/she will miss out on potential and this opens up the door for lower bids to come in, if the offer is not accepted(these companies play hard ball, this is serious). If there is no production you cannot sell it, as if it has production. I will put bids in to purchase shares now at 9cents, as this is going to go through a roller coaster of emotions. May not get any but I may too on the other hand. Best to all, MP
