Alex probably asked GraphicMedia to pay for the antennas once they receive it from the manufacture. ISIGN will probably get around 750K (500$x1500 units, ... 3$M po for 6,000 units=500 each unit...) from GraphicMedia.
Also, iSIGN will get money from GraphicMedia for the 2,000 Smart Players that iSIGN should receive from manufacture next month... 2000 units x 500 each = 1 million $ payment
