-ESP has ~$7 million in cash
-They should be cash flow neutral to slight positive going forward.

To make deals with tier 1 cable operators a company's balance sheet is important.
I realize it is more so with hardware suppliers than it is wit software suppliers.

If they do a PP at over $1.50 it would be very positive for a small tech stock.
Doing a PP in a position of stregth with a stock that doubled in 3 months will be looked upon as a show of confidence.

There is a lot of opportunity for growth in their market.
Smart TVs are are still in the infancy stage.

I only hope and pray that Canacrap is not involved in any PP. They have no soul.
