RE:canexus dividend

The dividend is usually declared along the quarterly results, I see nothing unusual as of now since the quarterly results are yet to be released. I also agree with PM, dividends are subject to cash flow projections and not yield or the stock price.
 
It seems to me that shareholders here are speculating themselves to oblivion, so much bad news is impeded in the stock price, even a whisper of ok results tomorrow night will send this stock flying up by 10%. This is increasingly looking like a case of sell on rumor buy on news!.
