Old Mining Laws

Old Mining LawsI believe it is prudent for EV to withdraw it's application for the certificate untile the new mining laws have been passed and are in place. Under the old laws it is very clear as to the process and EV HAS to wait as the old process limits exploration while applying for a mining license. The withdrawal allows EV to proceed uninhibited by poor rules. TD could not have known the delays in mining law would have taken this long as they were supposed to be out in the fall of 2013. The news release is very positive and demonstrates that EV is not content sitting around and 'waiting" but rather is pushing as hard as they can to enahnce the projects viability while the new government is established. We all hope the new government is formed very quickly with an eye on the outstanding issues that will advance this integral part of Serbia's mining future.

Patient and Positive.
