RE:RE:HRTOFT,  so many reasonable questions that the "odd" bankruptcy seems to have had a purpose to circumvent... IMO the most positive thing for us screwed over shareholders was gaining status in the bankruptcy proceedings, where they can no longer run and no longer hide...who knows maybe CS ain't the bad guy.. my read of some court documents paint a very interesting and troubling picture of TID's leadership and BoD....IMO amongst many concerns i now have is the Strategic Review outcome may have had material information that wasn't released to shareholders, the interesting and friendly sale of assets to M&P, etc.... I suspect this debacle now may go on for years and travel from the US into Canada... wasn't there some Chinese forest company case recently in Canada regarding overvalued assets... i wonder if it is a model for us????
