ICL & AAA (nice partnership)

ICL will invest $25M by March 28th, 2014 (after the shareholder vote) and up to $84M in total. Now that is a great partner who also gives you an off-take agreemnt to sell your POTASH.

So the financing numbers

$500M debt financing from banks (no dilution)
$84M from ICL (already announced)
$64M - from sources at a later date and a higher share price (which will be easy to find).

$648M total to build a mine. (and not all $648M will be needed to start construction).

AAA is headed towards building a mine. With a proven partner with expertise in the business.
