That is actually very interesting. If you take that supposed amount and add it to ICL's equity contribution (including warrants) that is enough to finance the mine + some additional working capital. That would mean no more dilution... and less than was originally expected because LMM and IFC chose not to exercise their right to maintain their % equity ownership. If this is how it pans out, I will be impressed.
