The last 6 months of MGM operations should be reviewed by independent council on behalf of minority shareholders...seriously minority shareholders have never received any operational update on drilling/flow rates, potential joint venture partners, etc. The filing of significant discovery with National Energy Board was disclosed on this board first...not by MGM...and nothing about the discovery was ever released publicly or to us... Call me skeptical but when something looks this fraudulent it sure would be nice to have an unbiased 3rd party review.... And seriously, regarding JV partners, I find it hard to believe that not one company, Asian, European, North American or otherwise came forward with a worthy proposal... Plain and simple, we have managers with controlling influence/interest who have a huge bias to obtain control of the assets of MGM as cheaply as possible...by manipulating and defrauding minority shareholders....
