RE:News outall this to say we are up for sale.51% of minority shareholders have to  vote in favor of the offer.POU  has offered .15./share.The auction has begun.One thing for sure.Lots of publicity on us.the whole wide world knows we are for sale.Everything is cheap till two people want the same thing.JMHO.DYODD..
